Does an enquiry create a mandate?
No. An enquiry starts a discussion. An appropriate mandate must be reviewed and agreed before the engagement begins.
Is STRATUM access included automatically?
No automatic entitlement is created by this website. The general OGZ mandate and the mandate incorporating STRATUM are separate documents. Platform access follows the applicable agreed terms.
Does OGZ guarantee funding or completion?
No. Counterparty acceptance, funding and transaction completion depend on independent decisions, diligence and agreed terms.
