The mandate takes priority
Services, deliverables, responsibilities and commercial terms are set out in the applicable written mandate and agreed amendments. Fees may be negotiated in writing for the particular engagement. Website copy does not vary signed terms.
Separate documents
The general OGZ advisory mandate and mandate incorporating STRATUM are separate. A mutual NDA supports an agreed confidential information exchange; it does not itself appoint an adviser, agree fees or commit either party to financing.
Information and independent decisions
Editorial material is general commercial information. It is not personalised investment, legal or tax advice. Counterparties make independent decisions, and funding, approvals, introductions and transaction completion are not guaranteed.
Client information and fees
Do not send sensitive records through the initial enquiry form. Further materials and any fee invoice follow the appropriate private process. The website does not receive client investment capital or act as a custody service.
