Governance & engagement

Clear scope.
Accountable engagement.

A defined mandate, appropriate information controls and a clear understanding of each party’s role.

Advisory role

OGZ provides advisory, structuring and transaction-support services within an agreed scope. OGZ does not act as a broker, custodian, trustee or holder of client investment funds. Counterparty funding decisions and any regulated services remain with the appropriately appointed institutions and advisers.

Appointment and confidentiality

Work begins under the applicable written mandate. The general OGZ mandate and the mandate incorporating STRATUM are separate documents. A mutual NDA governs the proposed confidential exchange; it does not itself appoint OGZ or commit either party to funding.

Review before acceptance

Proposed engagements are considered in their commercial and jurisdictional context. Authority, conflicts, counterparty information and the need for specialist legal, regulatory or other professional input are addressed as appropriate to the assignment.
